TESTTEAMTRAINER.COM is a highly efficient online training & compliance tool. Outside of the normal automated course assignments, tracking, reporting and video courses that are produced in-house by TestTeamTrainer, there are numerous customization features.

1. YOUR OWN TRAINING CONTENT-  If you have viewership rights to material or have produced a training video, we can upload it to our server and do the following;

• Assign it in addition to other courses (or as a stand alone) that shows up on your employees dashboards (and disappears when successfully completed)
• Assign it to certain position types (Drivers, Warehouse, Managers, Office, Sales, GasStation/C-store)
• Write a quiz to accompany the video with a mandatory passing score
• Track Completion (or Incompletion) of your Content

2. NEW POLICIES/PROCEDURES  TO BE TRACKED-  If you have for example, a new policy you’d like just “Drivers” to see on “Braking”.  We upload the policy verbiage (verbatim) to the testing system.

• It shows up as a Test on the Employees Dashboard
• The Employee Reads the Policy
• The Employee than must answer “YES” that they have “Read, Understand and Agree” to the new policy (and any additional feedback)
• This “result” is stored just as a Test is…and shows as a Successful Result under that employees RESULTS

3. JUST A TEST (Classroom Based/Internet Required)-  If you were to hold a Classroom setting training session but wanted to give a test and store results Securely-Online along with other training they’ve received.

• Simply Write a Quiz, Forward to TestTeamTrainer
• The Test will Show up on that persons Dashboard which they could complete from a phone/laptop/ipad.
• Results Stored Securely Online along with other completed testing

4. DOCUMENTS- (**New Feature) We now have the ability for Documents to be uploaded to Employees dashboards Under their “Tests to Take” section.  Most any document can be uploaded and either by TestTeam or any ADMIN within your company can do this.  These documents remain on an employees dashboard, and do NOT disappear when read.  What can it be used for?

• Upload Required Reading for Drivers/Employees
• A New Driver Could have his/her New Hire Packet Uploaded For Reading (Along with Training) prior to or concurrent with first day of work
• SDSs
• Benefits Package
• Supplemental Hazmat or Training Material
• Security Plan (suggested for Upper Management Only)
• SPCC Plan

5. TESTTEAMTRAINER VIDEO CUSTOMIZATION-  Our staff can build out a course(s) specific to your needs.  Following a format similar to courses we already have produced…we can;

• Incorporate Training Pictures
• DashCam Footage For Safety Tutorials
• Build out PowerPoint Course(s)
